About Real McCoy Mowers LLC

Mid-July in the foothills, the heat sits down on a yard and refuses to get back up, and the grass out toward Stony Point grows right through it anyway. Real McCoy Mowers LLC handles those acres — mowing wide open lots and field-edge yards, edging the drives back to a hard line, trimming where the mown ground gives way to pasture and brush. Around Taylorsville a lot of properties are half lawn and half something wilder, and keeping the boundary between them honest is most of the art. There's a plain pleasure in looking back down a long cut with the sun straight overhead and seeing it all match. Cleanup goes with it, so nothing is left in windrows when the truck pulls off.
