Weeds Contracting

About Weeds Contracting

Left alone for a month in a Swannanoa summer, a yard stops being a yard — honeysuckle over the fence, brambles in the far corner, grass up past the knee. Weeds Contracting takes those back: mowing overgrown turf down to something manageable, trimming along fences and foundations, edging out the walks that had disappeared, and hauling the cuttings clear. The first pass is loud, the second is satisfying, and by the third the place looks kept. Warm valley rain will try the whole thing again next month, and the answer is simply to come back. There's a plain joy in handing a lawn back to somebody.
