About Kerns Landscaping

October pulls the color out of northwest Guilford — hardwoods going copper along the headwater creeks, pasture grass turning pale gold against black board fence. Kerns Landscaping works those long fence lines and open lawns: mowing and trimming, edges cut along gravel and concrete, beds mulched and shaped, shrubs pruned, leaves gathered and hauled before they mat down the turf. Big rural yards reward a plan and punish neglect, and fall is when a property's whole year gets settled. The last cut of the season, lines still showing and beds clean, is a good thing to look back at from the road. Around Stokesdale, Summerfield, Oak Ridge and Belews Creek, that is how the year closes out.
