About McCoy’s Services, Inc.

Statesville sits where I-40 and I-77 cross, so a good deal of its ground is the kind people see on the way to somewhere else — office fronts, church lots, the green strip along a parking row. McCoy's Services, Inc. works that ground early, while the lots are empty and the light over the interchange is still gray. There is a quiet pride in being finished before the first car pulls in: mowed, edged, walks swept, nothing left to show for it but the smell of fresh grass. Yards get the same hand — weekly cutting, trimming, seasonal cleanups, the property squared away in one visit. A place kept like that says something about itself before anybody speaks.
