About Len & Jay Landscaping

September is the real new year for grass around Statesville. The nights finally let go of their heat, the ground stays warm, and fescue that spent August merely surviving gets its chance to come back thick. Len & Jay Landscaping builds the calendar around that turn — aerating, overseeding, the lawn cut down close first so seed can reach dirt. The rest of the year is weekly mowing, clean edges, and leaves lifted before they mat down over everything just started. Come the next spring, when a yard greens in early and even across, the reason for all that October work is standing right there in it.
