About Luffman Bros Lawn Care

A summer evening in State Road is a long one. The sun drops behind the Blue Ridge wall to the northwest and the light hangs on over the Yadkin bottoms for another hour while cool air slides down out of the hollows. Luffman Bros Lawn Care works right up to it — cutting, edging along walks and gravel, trimming out fence rows and tree bases, hauling clippings and leaves when the season calls for it. Foothill yards have humps and swales and a little rock in them, and getting an even cut across all that takes more attention than flat ground ever will. What comes out the other side is a clean, level-looking lawn between Elkin, Ronda and Thurmond — the kind you notice on the way past.
