About Piedmont Landscape & Irrigation

The Piedmont is the long roll of ground between the mountains and the coastal plain, and St. Matthews sits square in it — red soil, low hills, water in every crease. Piedmont Landscape & Irrigation works those contours out along the Monroe Road side of town, mowing with the slope rather than against it, edging drives and walks, and trimming banks and fence lines a mower cannot hold. In August, when the clay goes hard and pale, the cutting height comes up and the lawn is left the shade it needs. Every visit ends with the concrete cleared and the borders re-cut. The range runs through Matthews, Mint Hill and Stallings.
