About Barker Brothers Landscaping

Down where Four Mile Creek runs under the greenway bridges, the bottomland stays soft into October and the sycamores let go early. Barker Brothers Landscaping works the yards on that side of St. Matthews — mowing, cutting bed lines back to a crisp border, and hauling off the leaf drop before it mats down over the fescue. Two sets of hands means one runs the mower while the other takes the trimmer to fence lines and tree rings, and a yard closes up in a single pass. Autumn here is long and gold and full of debris, and the reward is a lawn that goes into winter clean. Weddington and Stallings yards keep the same rhythm.
