About Richards grading and landscaping

Speights Bridge is a crossroads, a creek and a scattering of farms, and fog sits on the low ground most mornings until the sun burns it off the fields. Richards grading and landscaping keeps lawns cut and edged through that country, from the yards along the highway to the long approaches running back toward the barns. Grass comes on heavy in May after the rains, and it takes a week-in, week-out rhythm to stay ahead of it. Fall means leaves and limbs and the general tidying a yard wants before winter settles into the sandy loam. The pleasure of it is an even cut and edges that follow the drive exactly, so a place reads as cared for from the mailbox in.
