About Scott's Landscaping, Nursery, and Farms

Spring arrives late on the Blue Ridge plateau. Frost can still find Sparta into May, so the season starts slow and then breaks open all at once — pastures greening, the Christmas tree rows darkening on the hillsides, and everybody wanting their yard put together the same week. Scott's Landscaping, Nursery, and Farms handles that rush: planting and shaping landscape beds, setting out shrubs and trees, mowing and trimming, and clearing away whatever winter left behind. Ground this high asks for plants that can take a hard freeze and a steady wind off the New River valley. Choosing right the first time is what makes a yard look settled years down the road.
