CR Coastal Lawn

About CR Coastal Lawn

Southport wakes with the tide moving in the Cape Fear, and the live oaks along the old streets carry their shade all the way down to the water. CR Coastal Lawn works beneath those oaks, mowing, edging and keeping beds and borders trimmed back where salt air and warm rain push everything to grow at once. Centipede and St. Augustine take the heat in their own stubborn way, and the cutting season runs long, well past the point when the ferry traffic thins in the fall. The details are where the care shows: a clean line where turf meets an oyster-shell drive, clippings blown off the walk instead of left to bleach in the sun. It's a small, particular pleasure, a Southport yard tidied by mid-morning while the river is still bright.
