Out around Macon the roads run straight between hayfields and old pine windbreaks, and in July the heat stands still over all of it. LeClercq's Lawn Care keeps yards along those roads on a weekly turn: cutting, string trimming, edging, then blowing the clippings off the concrete before leaving. Country lots run big, and a big lot mown end to end is a genuinely fine sight from the mailbox. Warren County ground is sandy in places and heavy in others, and both kinds get an even pass. Small towns notice a tidy yard, and that is reason enough to do it right.
