About TLC Upstate Lawn and Pest

Freezing rain has a habit of arriving at two in the morning, ticking on the windows while everyone sleeps through the reason tomorrow will be hard. TLC Upstate Lawn and Pest keeps a phone on for those hours, laying salt across lots and entrances before the first shift arrives, then coming back to push and scrape whatever else the storm decides to leave. Around Simpsonville the trouble is almost never depth — it is the thin glaze at the low end of a sloped parking lot, invisible under the lights. Clearing it is cold, unglamorous and worth doing: a door opens on time and nobody goes down on the way in. Snow plowing, lot and walkway clearing, and de-icing across Simpsonville and the neighboring towns.
