Fern Landscaping and Lawn Care

About Fern Landscaping and Lawn Care

Where Nahunta Swamp and Stoney Creek thread through Wayne County, the air stays heavy and the shade stays deep, and the grass underneath grows thin and particular. Fern Landscaping and Lawn Care works those shaded yards around Saulston with a lighter touch: a higher cut, careful trimming around root flares and fence corners, mowing spaced to what the turf can actually carry. August is the test month, humid enough that a lawn can look tired by Thursday no matter what happened on Monday. Clippings come off the walks and bed edges each visit, and once fall settles in the leaf work begins in earnest beneath the gums and oaks. Shade lawns are never easy in this county, which is precisely why they are worth tending closely.
