About Directional Falling

East of Saulston the land finally does something dramatic: at the Cliffs of the Neuse, sandy bluffs stand ninety feet over the river in a county that is otherwise beautifully flat. Directional Falling carries its lawn work across that country in autumn especially, when the light comes in low and long and every uneven cut announces itself. Mowing, edging and string trimming run through the season, followed by leaf removal as the hardwoods along the river begin to let go. Clippings and debris come off the drive and the walk at the end of each visit rather than the end of the month. A lawn finished properly holds its shape for the whole week, which is exactly why the rotation exists.
