About Southern Estates Turf Maintenance Inc.

Dew lies late on a Lee County lawn, silver until the sun clears the pines, and the first pass of the morning leaves a dark stripe behind it. Southern Estates Turf Maintenance Inc. starts early for that reason and works the day out across Sanford, mowing, edging, string trimming and clearing the hard surfaces after. Bermuda, zoysia and fescue all grow here, sometimes on the same block, and each one wants a different height and a different week to be pushed. Out toward Buffalo Lake the yards run long and open, the kind that show every wobble in a mowing line and reward getting it straight. Turf held to a schedule looks unremarkable in the best possible way: even, edged and green.
