About Nelson Family Lawn Care

Sanford grew up where rail lines crossed, and the town still keeps a fondness for things meeting at clean right angles. Nelson Family Lawn Care works to that instinct, especially in October, when Lee County fescue finally shakes off the summer and starts putting on color again. Mowing continues at an easier cadence, edges get recut where the heat blurred them, and leaves come off the turf before the first hard frost presses them flat. Trimming finishes the corners a deck can never square, the mailbox posts, the fence returns, the foundation walls. By the time the afternoon light goes long and gold, the yard looks squared away, and that is the good part.
