About J&A landscape LLC

Daybreak in Polk County often arrives as a white river of fog pouring up out of the Green River Gorge, and it burns off just about the time the first mower starts. J&A landscape LLC takes the Saluda routes in that clean early light: cutting, trimming around rhododendron and stone, edging the walks, blowing the drives back to bare. Grass on the escarpment grows slow and thick and stays green deep into the fall, which rewards a careful hand more than a fast one. There is a real pleasure in stepping back from a mountain yard laid out even and trim with the ridgelines standing behind it. Doing that well, week after week, is the work.
