About Southern Roots Landscaping and Design

May in Salisbury means magnolia blossoms the size of dinner plates and brick that holds the day's heat until midnight. Southern Roots Landscaping and Design likes what a yard becomes then — mulch dark and fresh in the beds, shrubs shaped, turf thick enough to hold a mower line. The regular work is mowing, trimming and edging; the design side moves slower, a bed reshaped here, a border pulled straighter there, until the pieces finally agree with one another. Southern yards are meant to be sat in, so the measure is simple: make it a place worth stepping outside for. From China Grove to Landis, that is the job.
