About Butlers Lawn Care

Rocky Point is built on sand and pine straw, longleaf leaning in over the yards, and every lawn here has to be coaxed rather than commanded. Butlers Lawn Care learned that ground the way you learn a familiar road — where it stays thin and quick to burn, where the low corner holds water after a hard rain. Mowing, trimming, edging and cleanup are the whole vocabulary, and the sentences they make are short and clear. There is a particular satisfaction in shutting the mower off and seeing the cut line run true past the pines, the straw raked back, the grass standing up bright green against all that rust-brown needle. A yard finished that way says something quiet about the house behind it.
