About E.D. Ward Landscaping Inc.

October turns the ridges around Stony Creek loose — sweetgum, maple and oak letting go all at once until a yard disappears underneath. E.D. Ward Landscaping Inc. spends that stretch on leaf cleanup and fall yard work, clearing lawns, beds and fence lines so the grass under them can breathe. Late cuts continue as long as the grass asks for them, with edges held sharp right up to the cold. There is a particular pleasure in a yard that was ankle-deep at eight in the morning and swept bare by afternoon. The work reaches through the township toward Milton and Semora.
