About Ken's Lawn & Maintenance

Spring comes fast to this stretch of US 74, out past the flat sandy ground by the Speedway where the bermuda greens up almost overnight. Ken's Lawn & Maintenance meets it on schedule: the first cuts of the season, edges reopened along curbs and drives, trimming brought back tight to the foundations, and a cleanup pass to clear what winter left behind. Maintenance means showing up on the same day, not waiting for a yard to get away from you. There's a particular pleasure in the second or third visit, when the turf finally thickens and holds the mowing line. From there it is simply kept that way.
