About Ace Jones Services

First light in Rockfish comes up soft, and the dew holds a while before the sand underneath begins giving back its heat. Ace Jones Services is out in it early, mowing and edging while the air is still cool enough to work in. The soil here drains fast and the turf grows in its own way, so the cut gets set to suit the yard rather than the calendar. Trimming around posts and beds, a straight pass along the drive, clippings cleared off the concrete — small things, carried all the way to the end. By the time the sun clears the pines, the yard looks like somebody chose it.
