Limb It Up

About Limb It Up

Storms build fast over Rockingham County in August — an hour of hard rain and wind, and the old oaks let go of whatever limbs they were finished with. Limb It Up handles that aftermath and the work that prevents it: trimming limbs back off roofs and drive lines, pruning what hangs too low over a yard, and hauling the brush and debris away so nothing is left stacked at the curb. Between storms the same properties get mowed and tidied, because a clean yard under a well-kept tree is the point of both jobs. Cutting a branch that has been scraping a gutter for two years is a small, deeply satisfying fix. Reidsville is base, with the routes running out to Wentworth, Ruffin and Monroeton.
