Draughn's Lawn Care

About Draughn's Lawn Care

Out past the edge of town toward Ruffin, the old tobacco barns still stand in the field corners, silvered and leaning gently into the pines. Draughn's Lawn Care works those roads, where the yards run long and the mowing goes all the way to the tree line before the trimmer picks up every fence post and mailbox. Late-summer afternoons are hot enough to slow anybody down, so the day opens early and the last pass gets made in long shadow. What stays behind is a yard with clear boundaries, the field held back for another week. In Reidsville and the farms around it, that is worth doing right.
