Perry's Lawn Care

About Perry's Lawn Care

Morning in Red Oak arrives low and silver, dew standing on the soybean rows before the sun clears the pine line. Perry's Lawn Care starts the day in that hour, when the grass is still cool and the mower leaves a dark, wet stripe behind it. This is Nash County work — flat yards that run out toward farm fields, a scatter of loblolly along the property line, ground where a straight pass is its own reward. Mowing, trimming, edging and yard cleanup make up the week, done in a rhythm a neighborhood can set a clock by. By the time the heat comes up off the road, the lawn is cut, the walk is swept, and the lines are still holding their shine.
