About Four Seasons Maintenance, Inc.

Snow downtown is a different animal: it falls on brick, on granite steps, on the sidewalks under the Capitol's old oaks, and it turns to a hazard within hours of the first footprint. Four Seasons Maintenance, Inc. works Raleigh's center through those nights — clearing walks and entryways, plowing lots, and treating the shaded stretches along Fayetteville Street where January sun never quite reaches. The city sleeps loudly on a snow night, and the shovels move in that hush between the last bus and the first delivery. Every doorway opened is somebody's shift that starts on time. By the time the Capitol grounds go gold at sunrise, the paths across them are bare.
