Friendly Neighbor Lawncare

About Friendly Neighbor Lawncare

On a Saturday morning the roads out of Quewhiffle toward Raeford carry mowers on trailers and not much else. Friendly Neighbor Lawncare is somewhere in that line, working down a street a yard at a time — mowing, edging the walks, trimming what the deck cannot reach. Half the pleasure of lawn care in a small community is that you see the result again next week, and the week after, and people remember whose hands it came from. A yard finished well is a plain kindness left where everybody can see it. They cover Quewhiffle and the roads around it.
