About J K Enterprise of WNC, Inc.

A northwest wind carrying moisture over the Blue Ridge can leave Pisgah Forest white while the Davidson River still runs dark under the hemlocks. J K Enterprise of WNC, Inc. plows the steep drives on this side of Brevard, taking the switchbacks in measured passes and sanding the grades where a vehicle would otherwise stall halfway. Walks, steps and turnarounds are cleared by hand, and the shaded runs below Looking Glass Rock get ice control that holds past the afternoon thaw. Elevation rewrites the storm every few hundred feet in Transylvania County, so no two drives on one road ask for the same treatment. Getting down the mountain without incident is the measure that counts.
