About Down East Property Service

March in Pink Hill comes in yellow. Pine pollen films the porch rails, the truck hoods and the still water standing in the ditches, until a hard rain rinses the whole county and the grass wakes up overnight. Down East Property Service starts its year right there — first cuts, edges reopened, winter litter carried off, beds cleaned back to bare dirt. From then until leaf drop the plan stays simple: keep it mowed, keep it trimmed, keep it clear. A yard that begins the spring squared away is an easy thing to keep beautiful all the way through an eastern Carolina summer.
