About Hernandez Landscaping

Pfafftown in April is dogwood and redbud along every back road, the old Moravian farmland northwest of Winston-Salem greening up all at once. Hernandez Landscaping starts the year right there — beds edged and mulched, shrubs shaped, the first cuts that bring fescue back after a gray piedmont winter. Through the season it is mowing on schedule, string trimming the fence lines, edging where lawn meets concrete, and clearing whatever the wind brings down. Clay holds water in spring and turns to brick in August, which is why cutting height shifts as the year goes and the lawn stays even either way. A Pfafftown yard finished on a mild evening — mulch dark, grass striped, edges clean — looks like the season is being kept up with.
