About David Owen Tree Service and Landscaping LLC

Penrose sits in the wide part of the French Broad valley with Pisgah standing blue along the horizon, and this is rainy country — the sort of rain that keeps everything green and keeps the mowers going. David Owen Tree Service and Landscaping LLC handles lawn care through that long green stretch, mowing, trimming, edging, and cleaning up what the storms and the seasons leave behind. Between river bottoms and the little rises toward Pisgah Forest no two yards dry at the same rate, so the route reads the weather as much as the calendar. A finished lawn under mountain light after a morning shower is a fine thing: grass laid down in even bands, beds cut clean at the lip. Spring and fall cleanups bracket it all, hauling off the leaf fall and the winter's litter.
