Ray's Lawn Service

About Ray's Lawn Service

Northwest Forsyth is rolling ground — red clay, fencerows, and long views that drop away toward the Yadkin. Ray's Lawn Service runs the mowers through those rises, cutting fescue in the cool months and staying ahead of it in the warm ones. Edging along walks and drives, trimming fence lines and around outbuildings, mulching beds, and clearing leaves when the hardwoods finally let go. Clay does not forgive a lazy cut; it packs, it scalps at the crown of a hill, and getting a rolling yard to lie even means knowing where to turn. The payoff is a place along an Old Richmond back road that looks composed — mowing lines following the land, every border true, the whole property sitting easy in the afternoon.
