Reid's Lawncare

About Reid's Lawncare

Some mornings the Albemarle fog sits over Nixonton until nine, and the first sound inside it is a mower starting somewhere down a lane. Reid's Lawncare keeps that schedule — cutting, string trimming, edging drives and walkways, blowing the clippings off before the dew is fully gone. Ground this low and this near the sound grows grass with real enthusiasm from March straight through October. The reward is the long view down a finished yard, stripes lying parallel to the road, the porch looking like it has somewhere to look out at. In November the calendar turns to leaves, and the yards go quiet and tidy for the winter.
