Mike’s Lawn Maintenance

About Mike’s Lawn Maintenance

Midsummer afternoons in the Piedmont, the clouds pile up white over the hills to the west and everybody keeps half an eye on them. Mike's Lawn Maintenance works under that sky, mowing in long alternating passes so the lawn carries its light-and-dark bands all the way out to the road. Trimming follows — around posts, around tree bases, along the foundation — then the walk edged and the concrete cleared. Grass cut in that kind of heat smells like the entire summer at once, and a yard finished at five o'clock looks better than it has all year. Lawn care through New Bethel and out to Stoneville, Reidsville and Wentworth.
