Brooks Hauls It

About Brooks Hauls It

The Trent moves with the tide down here, slow and brown-green under the pines, and one hard summer blow can leave a yard buried in limbs and leaf trash by morning. Brooks Hauls It goes straight at that: mowing and trimming the place back into shape, then loading the debris and carrying it off rather than leaving it stacked at the curb for weeks. Craven County yards shed a surprising amount of material in a season, between storm litter, clippings and cleanout piles nobody wants to look at any longer. An empty, level yard at the end of an afternoon is the entire point of the trip. Trent, Pollocksville, New Bern and the river roads between them are all on the list.
