DOMINGUEZ TREE SERVICE & CRANE

About DOMINGUEZ TREE SERVICE & CRANE

Nebo lies in the lap of the Catawba country with Lake James shining just north of the highway, and the shorelines and hillsides here grow tall timber right up against the houses. Dominguez Tree Service & Crane takes on the ones there is no room to fell — the pine over a deck, the oak standing between a house and a boathouse — lifting the wood up and out over the roofline instead of dropping it. Summer evenings, when the heat lets go and the water goes flat, are good for reading a tree and planning the picks. Trimming and pruning keep a canopy off shingles and clear of the service drop, while storm damage cleanup puts a place back together after the mountains send a hard wind down the lake. The finest compliment is a lawn nobody would guess had a full-grown tree standing on it that morning.
