About Jeff's Landscaping

Spring reaches Nags Head Woods before it reaches the beach — the live oaks in that sheltered maritime forest leaf out while the oceanfront is still under a grey wind. That is when Jeff's Landscaping gets busy: beds cut fresh at the edge, mulch laid down thick and dark, shrubs pruned back into shape, and the mowing starting up again. Plantings go in where the wind allows them and the sand will hold them. There is nothing quite like a finished bed sitting against new-cut grass, the line between the two crisp enough to follow with your eye. From there it is a whole season of keeping it that way.
