About Barton's Elite Services

October arrives in Murphy as poplar yellow and sourwood red, and within a couple of weeks all of it is on the ground. Barton's Elite Services spends that stretch bringing lawns back out from under the drop — leaves cleared off the turf before they mat down, beds and fence corners raked out, the last mows of the year taken a little lower as growth slows. There is a satisfaction in a yard that goes into November green and open instead of buried. The rest of the season it is the ordinary loop: cut, trim, edge, blow, come back. Homes in Murphy and the roads running out toward the county line get the same treatment.
