About Blue Mountain Landscaping Co.

In a place called Mountain the eye naturally travels upward, past rooftops and tree lines to where distant hills fade into the soft blue haze North Carolina is known for. Blue Mountain Landscaping Co. takes its name from that color and its work from the ground underfoot. Late winter is when the year begins here: as the cold lets go and the first green pushes up through the brown, winter’s twigs and matted leaves get cleared away, the mower is set for spring, and the edges go back where they belong. Through the growing months, regular cuts, trim work and crisp borders keep each yard shaped and even, however the land tilts beneath it. On a clear evening, with the far hills taking on the color of the company’s name, a fresh-cut lawn makes a fine foreground.
