About Lawns Inc.

Summer evenings out toward Jordan Lake come with long light and a breeze off the water, and that is often when a freshly cut lawn looks its finest. Lawns Inc. keeps a weekly rhythm through the Chatham County growing season — mowing, string trimming around trees and posts, edging where turf meets concrete, then clearing the walks and drive. Between the lake and the pine flats the soil can run sandy in one yard and heavy clay in the next, and the cutting height shifts to match. When the hardwoods let go in November the work turns to leaves, moved off before the wet weather packs them down. Moncure, Wilsonville, New Hill, Pittsboro and the roads north toward Apex make up the territory.
