Middle Fork II sits in rolling ground where every other yard runs uphill to a ridge or drops off into a hollow, and by evening the far slopes go that soft Piedmont blue. Mead Landscaping mows the terrain as it actually is — across the grade where it needs to be, up and over where it does not, so the lawn comes out uniform instead of scalped on the crown and shaggy in the swale. Sloped yards also want their edges held tight, or the grass creeps out over the drive a little more each week. Trimming, edging and a clean blow-down finish the job and keep those lines where they belong. Standing at the bottom of a hill looking up at a lawn cut evenly all the way to the top is worth the extra passes.
