Goodson Tree Service

About Goodson Tree Service

The Middle Fork carries its water down toward Muddy Creek through a stretch of Forsyth County where new subdivisions and old hardwood stands share a fence line. Goodson Tree Service works both sides of that line. Late winter into early spring is pruning weather, when the leaves are down and the frame of a maple is plain to read — the dead limbs cut away, crossing branches gone, the crown opened so the tree carries its own weight better. Removals come for the hollow ones and the ones grown too close to a roof, and they come down under rope, lowered over the sidewalk and the shrubs and everything else that has to survive the day. When a line of thunderstorms rolls up the Piedmont, storm damage cleanup follows: the lane cleared, the yard gone over twice, the broken branch pulled out of the gutter.
