About EZ Land Management & Grading LLC

Winter weather seldom arrives here as any one thing — it starts as rain, considers sleet, and turns to snow somewhere in the small hours. EZ Land Management & Grading LLC works that in-between, plowing and scraping drives and lots around Meadows and salting the surfaces that go treacherous first. Shaping ground and clearing snow ask much the same question: where does the water want to go, and how do you get it out of the way. Answering it well leaves a driveway opened clean down to the pavement, and keeps it open once the melt refreezes after dark. When the roads come back, everything else comes back with them.
