Ebb Tide Pool and Lawn Care

About Ebb Tide Pool and Lawn Care

When the tide pulls out of Shallowbag Bay the marsh grass leans over and the whole edge of Roanoke Island smells of salt and warm mud. Ebb Tide Pool and Lawn Care keeps the yards above that waterline mowed, trimmed and edged, with the clippings blown off the shell drives before the wind can scatter them. Island turf lives on sandy ground and salt air, which asks for a lighter touch and a closer eye than mainland grass ever does. There is something satisfying about a lawn cut clean on a piece of land this small and this exposed to the weather. The work stays close to home, across Manteo and the island.
