About Block’s Lawn Care, LLC

Fog sits low over the bottomland along Second Creek most mornings in Locke, and it lifts about the time the first mower cools its engine. Block's Lawn Care, LLC works these Rowan County yards the way the land asks to be worked — patient with the red clay, quick with the growth that follows a Piedmont rain. Mowing, edging, string trimming and a clean blow-down of the walks: plain work, carried out until the lines run straight and the driveway is bare. There is a simple pleasure in standing at the road afterward and watching a yard hold its shape. Locke, Salisbury, China Grove and the roads between them make up the whole map.
