About Speagle's Landscaping & Grdng

The first hard frost usually reaches Lincoln County sometime in November, silvering the fescue at daybreak and putting the bermuda down to a quiet tan until spring. Speagle's Landscaping & Grdng makes the closing cuts of the year count around Lincolnton — grass taken to its winter height, leaves cleared off the turf and out of the bed corners, borders left crisp for the cold months. Winter here is short and unserious, but a lawn that goes into it clean comes out of it ahead. Beds get their last weeding, shrubs their last shaping, walks their last clearing. There is something satisfying about a yard put properly to bed.
