Turf Platoon

About Turf Platoon

Trucks load before the sun is over the ridge, and by the time Leicester's fog thins the first yard of the day is already half cut. Turf Platoon keeps a cadence — mow, trim, edge, blow, move — laid down in straight passes that leave the turf in clean bands. Order is the pleasure of it: same sequence every stop, no corner skipped, nothing left standing on the concrete. Routes run Leicester and out along the roads toward Alexander and Candler through the whole growing season. Nine hours later the trucks come home dusty and the yards behind them look like somebody meant it.
