About Yard Guys, LLC

The first cut of the year is a small ceremony in Moore County: March, the pines still dropping needles, redbud opening along the edges of the sand roads, and a winter's worth of shag finally coming off the lawn. Yard Guys, LLC opens the season there and holds the schedule right through — weekly mowing, edges cut along drives and walks, trimming around trees, beds and fence lines. A yard here is mostly sun and open sky, so the difference between shaggy and sharp is simply showing up on the day. Come autumn the route turns to hauling leaves and needles off the grass before winter shuts it down. Lees Township, Cameron, Vass and the country toward Olivia are all on the map.
