About Jarrell Property Service LLC

In November the wind swings around to the northeast and stays there, and the Outer Banks empties out — a good many Kill Devil Hills houses go quiet with nobody around to notice what blew in overnight. Jarrell Property Service LLC keeps an eye on those places: lawns taken down for the cold, yards cleared after a blow, grounds held so an owner arriving in April finds the property the way they left it. Warm months bring the regular round of mowing, trimming, edging and landscape upkeep, week in and week out. There is a plain satisfaction in a drive raked free of sand and a hedge line squared up while the ocean is still throwing spray over the dune. Jarrell works Kill Devil Hills and nearby Nags Head, Kitty Hawk, Colington, Southern Shores, Duck and Manteo.
